Teachers are great (especially the more experienced ones). Good at meeting my somewhat hesitant kid where he's at, pushing hard enough for progress but not so hard that he wants to quit. I appreciate the emphasis on safety. Limited changing room space is a logistical challenge but worth it.
We have 3 boys enrolled here (8,6,4) and they all started at the same time. Our oldest two have had lessons previously elsewhere but it was awful and very traumatic. They no longer wanted to be near the water. They recently started showing interest again so we went on the waiting list to get in. We finally got in and it's been great! They all 3 started in the same class. Since then one of them has moved up while the other 2 are still in the beginner class. My two in the beginner class are struggling a little. They started out so great and confident and then every week we showed up we had a new instructor. That has really messed with their progress which is frustrating as a parent. Especially when they had these skills down weeks ago and now it's like they are starting all over. Other than the constant change of instructors which has improved these last 2wks things have been great. Each instructor is knowledgeable and patient with the kids and doesn't push them. They go at the kids readiness which is reassuring for kids. All in all I would definitely recommend. The staff issue is everywhere so we are trying to roll with it, but it does get frustrating, but if you can get through that then definitely give them a chance. You will see huge improvements with your child and their confidence by the water
British swim school is amazing. They start off with the survival basics and then go from there. We have classes with Savannah and she is top-notch as a swim instructor and as a person. Highly recommend.

Very happy so far with the skills our child is picking up and the class structure. The teachers are all very supportive too!

We are really happy with the program. Being able to give our daughter this fun and safe experience as her first time being in the water is invaluable.
